GP2/3: Brits rule on afternoon of chaos

British drivers claimed victory in both GP2 and GP3 support races at the British Grand Prix. The GP2 Feature race began with Swede Marcus Ericsson on pole position but a fast start from Felipe Nasr resulted in the duo battling for the lead approaching Village. FR3.5: Vandoorne dominates in Moscow

McLaren young driver Stoffel Vandoorne dominated proceedings as he stormed to two victories in Formula Renault 3.5's visit to Moscow. Vandoorne secured pole position for the opening race and controlled the 33 lap affair, finishing comfortably clear of Red Bull junior driver Antonio Felix da Costa, who was suffering from an exhaust problem. Coletti secures home win

Stefano Coletti secured victory in the GP2 sprint race around the streets of Monte Carlo. Coletti's win was the first home win for a Monegasque driver in either Formula 1 or its main support series since 1931. Johnny Cecotto has been suspended from GP2's sprint race in Monaco after being deemed to have caused the start crash in the feature race. Cecotto started from pole position but had slipped to second, behind team-mate Mitch Evans, by Sainte Devote. The Venezuelan driver locked up and hit the barrier, taking out Fabio Leimer as well. Bird flies to Monaco win after chaotic start

Sam Bird claimed a dominant victory in the GP2 feature race in Monaco after the race was red flagged for 40 minutes. After a 20 minute delay due to accident damage in a preceding race, a pile up at Ste Devote blocked the circuit and forced several cars out of the race. Calado signs for Todt's management group

British GP2 driver James Calado has joined Nicolas Todt's All Road Management group. Calado, 23, is currently racing for ART Grand Prix for a second year in GP2. Carlos Huertas claimed victory in a rain affected second race at the Formula Renault 3.5 Series round in Spain. Sam Bird secured the first GP2 victory for Russian Time after a thrilling finale to the Sprint race in Bahrain. Bird took the lead from pole sitter and team-mate Tom Dillmann early on and established a comfortable lead over Stefano Coletti, who also quickly usurped Dillmann. Fabio Leimer took victory after dominating the GP2 Feature race in Bahrain. Leimer led from pole position and maintained a comfortable gap throughout the race to Stefano Coletti. Fabio Leimer claimed pole position for the Feature race in Bahrain, setting a time almost a second quicker than his nearest rival. The Swiss driver set a time of 1:39.427, 0.993s quicker than Marcus Ericsson. Felipe Nasr was third, with championship leader Stefano Coletti finishing in fourth place.
