Ferrari fastest in both testing days

Scuderia Ferrari set the fastest times during both testing days at the Hungaroring circuit on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was the second and final in-season test for the Formula One teams.  Ferrari's Charles Leclerc set the quickest time (1:17.746) during the first day of testing, with Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas recording the most laps (155). Quickest on the final day at Hungaroring was Sebastian Vettel with a 1:17.124. Vettel victorious at Hungaroring

Scuderia Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel expands his championship lead after winning the Hungarian Grand Prix on Sunday over team mate Kimi Raikkonen. The four-time Formula One champion won the race from the pole, leading all 70 laps to secure his 46th career Formula One victory, his fourth of the season and his second at the Hungaroring. Ferrari locks front row in qualifying

Scuderia Ferrari drivers will start the Hungarian Grand Prix from first row after setting the two fastest times in Qualifying on Saturday. Sebastian Vettel's lap of 1:16.276 was the quickest all-time at the Hungaroring and .168 of a second better than runner-up and teammate Kimi Räikkönen. Ricciardo quickest in Friday sessions

The 11th round of the 2017 FIA Formula One World Championship got off with the two practice sessions on Friday, valuable to teams' preparation for the Hungarian Grand Prix Sunday. Hamilton unbeatable in qualifying

Lewis Hamilton will start the British Grand Prix from pole position after setting the fastest time during qualifying on Saturday.  The session began in wet conditions, with light rain dampening the track enough that teams used the intermediate tire throughout Q1. British GP future thrown into doubt

BRDC chairman John Grant has confirmed in letter to members that the Silverstone circuit will considering terminating its F1 contract from 2020. The news comes as a shock to Motorsport fans around Britain. The 2016 British GP attracted a record attendance over the four day weekend, with 122,000 spectators on Race day. Hungaroring upgrades confirmed for Moto GP arrival

Hungary is hoping that updates to its Budapest based circuit can secure the Moto GP series for the first time. The Hungaroring is currently undergoing a three year update programme, which began in March last year. The first stage was resurfacing the full 2.72 miles of circuit, the first time this has been done since the circuit’s construction in 1985.
