6 points to Portugal, hard game though, 3-1 was a bit too much the game was leveled, but great for us.

My predictions about Croatia reaching the semi-finals,and both host nations not winning a game looking real possibilities.Even my prediction that Portugal will win the tournament, and my verdict on Germany looks like coming good

a very surprising result, as I thought Germany would win the game, however, Croatia always give the Germans some hard time.

There was a media flight planned for me on the Friday before the race, but because the weather was bad, all media flights were cancelled

Maybe next time they'll put me in a plane!

I'll try to describe it:

First half: An awful terrible Turkey and well-organized tough Czech R. 1 goal from Koller's header, a brilliant one. 0-1 Goal - Turkish Commentary

Second half: Until the 2nd goal of Czech R., Turkey played a one-side game in which Czech chose to go deep at their defence but no goal for Turks. 0-2 Goal - Turkish Commentary

Last 15 minutes: Arda ignited the fire for us with a brilliant strike, defeating Cech: 1-2 Goal - Turkish Commentary.

Last 4 minutes. Cech did a remarkable, ghastly error when he didn't manage to hold the ball drooping it to the feet of Nihat who scored the tie goal: 2-2 Goal - Turkish Commentary.

Last minute: Nihat did the final talking with a memorable finish to Czech's net: 3-2 Goal- Turkish Commentary.

Stoppage time: Our goal keeper Volkan punched Koller and got a red card. Tuncay wore the goal-keeper shirt and waited for the match to come to the end, where ironically he used to let the ball come in.

Final score: 3-2, Turkey through !yahoo:

A British Commentary: "If a spaceship came down from Mars and landed in the centre circle right now, I wouldn't be surprised!" :nosweat:
