'Financial crisis' threatens F1

Talented drivers are proving the victims of a financial crisis in Formula One, according to media reports. Major newspapers like Germany's Bild, and specialist outlets including Auto Motor und Sport, say the sport is "sick". BMW confirms DTM test for Glock

BMW on Tuesday confirmed reports Marussia refugee Timo Glock will test a DTM car this week at Valencia. Earlier, a spokesman for the German carmaker refused to comment on the speculation, saying: "We confirm nothing, we deny nothing, we don't comment at all." Timo Glock set to leave Marussia

Timo Glock is set to leave Marussia after three years with the team. German outlet Sport Bild claims that Glock will depart the Banbury based team. Whiting admits Vettel penalty 'very hard'

Charlie Whiting, the highest ranking FIA official at grands prix, has admitted the penalty levied against Sebastian Vettel on Sunday was harsh. Reigning world champion Vettel was demoted from second to fifth after stewards ruled he gained an unfair advantage by passing Jenson Button whilst off the track.
