Lewis Hamilton conceded that he simply wasn't quick enough during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix as he was beaten to pole position by Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg. Vettel concedes Mercedes 'quick' in Spain

Sebastian Vettel accepts that Ferrari is not as close to Mercedes as it has been in recent races, after Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton locked out the front row of the grid in Spain. Rosberg ends Hamilton streak with pole

Nico Rosberg ended Lewis Hamilton's streak of pole positions as he set the quickest time during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix. Rosberg moves ahead in final practice

Mercedes' Nico Rosberg set the pace during the final practice session ahead of qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix. Rosberg’s time of 1:26.021 was 0.156s faster than Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel as drivers conducted qualifying simulations on the Option tyre during the closing stages of the 60 minute session. Barcelona extends F1 deal until 2019

Formula 1 will continue to visit the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya after officials confirmed that its contract has been extended. Its current deal expired at the end of 2016 but ahead of the track's 25th Formula 1 race this weekend it was announced that the sport will stay at the circuit until the 2019 season.
