Lotus confirms young driver line up

Lotus has confirmed their line up for the young driver test in Abu Dhabi next month. The team will give a day of testing to Nicolas Prost, Edoardo Mortara and Davide Valsecchi. Prost, son of four times world champion Alain, will test on Tuesday 6th November. Talent should be stronger than money - Hulkenberg

Force India test and reserve driver Nico Hulkenberg believes that drivers in Formula One should be there based on their talent and ability rather than the size of their wallets. The German won several junior formulae titles - most notably in F3 Euroseries and GP2 - before graduating to Formula One in 2010 with Williams. However, despite a shock pole at a damp Interlagos last November, he found himself ousted in favour of heavily funded Pastor Maldonado.
