FIA opens up selection process for new team

The FIA has opened up a selection process for a new team to join the grid, potentially as early as the start of the 2015 Formula 1 season. Applicants have until Friday 3rd January 2014 to register a formal expression of interest. Sebastian Vettel stormed to pole position in wet conditions during qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix.
