This year's German Grand Prix is set to be staged at Hockenheim, according to Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone.
Hockenheim and Nürburgring have shared hosting duties of the race since 2007 and the 2015 edition was provisionally set to be held at the Nürburgring .
With organisers having yet to sign a contract, the venue for the 2015 race has remained uncertain on the most recent Formula 1 calendar and Ecclestone said on Thursday that Hockenheim will host this year's event.
"It's going to be at Hockenheim, we're in the middle of doing something with them," Ecclestone told Reuters. "It can't be Nürburgring because there's nobody there.
"We've got a contract in place [with Hockenheim], we just have to amend the years of the contract. It was alternating with Nürburgring so we'll just take that out."
Last year's German Grand Prix, held at Hockenheim, was won by Mercedes' Nico Rosberg.
This season's event will take place on July 19.
