
Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg has been reprimanded after failing to slow sufficiently for yellow flags during the British Grand Prix. Rosberg won the race, narrowly ahead of Red Bull's Mark Webber. The stewards deemed that 'the driver did not make a significant reduction in speed whilst Yellow Flags were displayed in Turns 3 to 5'. Rosberg's reprimand means that he keeps his victory, his second of 2013.
