So many good races and memorable moments, even if the track isn't quite as good as it once was!

I hope The King Of Spa Kimi wins this one. He already lost 2 oppurtunities once in Bahrain & then in Hungary.

Hoping for some rain so Schumi can do something special in his 300th Grand Prix. Hopefully it goes better than Rubens' :p.

Almost spooky how so many landmarks have happened at Spa for him.

1991 Debut.
1992 First win.
2001 Breaks the record for most number of wins.
2002 Becomes first driver to win 10 races in a season.
2004 Wins 7th Championship.
2011 20 years since debut, first driver to have a career spanning 20 years.
2012 300th Grand Prix.

Some brilliant wins in there too. 1995, 1996 and 1997 in particular.

2000 - Owned by Mika
2005 - Hit by Sato
2011 - Wheel failure in Q1

Don't get me started on 1994. :p Stupid disqualification. Was one of those very dubious decisions you get from time to time when it would tighten the championship a bit...

He completely owned that track in the 90s.

I was pissed off in qualifying last year. Was sat round just before Pouhon so he didn't even get round to me on his out lap! :p Made up for it in the race though. :)

Can't believe it's been a year since I went there. Was a brilliant weekend. Eau Rouge is so steep, couldn't fully appreciate until I walked it. I felt it in my legs afterwards!

Don't get back from holiday until the Sunday of Spa, hopefully will be home just in time for the race.

Downforce levels will be interesting, either you run a Ferrari or Force India pack where you just have a slippery car with high top speed. Or you do what Mclaren does and run medium downforce but rely on the DRS keeping you on top of the times in Qualifying.

I quite fancy hamilton's chances at Spa. He has quite a decent record there.

07 4th
08 win demoted to 3rd
09 taken out on 1st lap
10 1st
11 crash with kobayashi

something is wrong here... at the end of 2011 season he had 287 GP starts so Spa won't be his 300th but Monza

Wikipedia: 299 GPs (298 starts). Can anyone explain?

He has entered 299 races but didn't start France 1996 when his engine expired on the formation lap, hence 298 starts.
