what did u mean? Because of they didnt have to use both dry compound the weather is wet.

Weather was dry, track was wet.

Then it should not say 'weather' in the PL, but 'track', as the track was wet and not the weather.

Woo! Finally a decent result.

Joost, the entire field started the race on wet-weather tyres, which they kept for about 10 laps. You can't honestly call that a dry race, not by any stretch of the imagination.
