Schumi can't understand this himself:

Michael Schumacher (16th)
"What a race. We would like to have clarification about the safety car situation as the red light on the exit from my first pit stop destroyed a race which otherwise would have offered us very good possibilities. Our point of view is that as the safety car had passed the pits without having the cars lined up behind it, there should not have been a red light. There was a green light for a moment and then suddenly it went red again. We believe that this was not correct. Our strategy was right in that context as we took the opportunity which could have given us a finish even close to the podium."

And Brawn, neither:
Ross Brawn, Mercedes GP team principal
".... With Michael, we were looking to benefit strongly from the safety car. As the leaders had not been picked up, Michael was waved through and that gave us a golden opportunity to make his pit stop as our predictions were that the option tyre would hold up for the remainder of the race. However, when Michael came to exit the pits, the red light was showing which cost him a significant amount of time. In our view, the regulations are clear that the exit light should not go red until the line of cars has formed behind the safety car, and we would like the FIA to look into this. There was no line formed and over 18 seconds between Hamilton and Kobayashi when Michael came in. It was a good effort from Michael to try and recover from there but ultimately a very frustrating afternoon."

What I don´t understand though is why Alonso and Massa lost so many positions after their first stop.

Alonso was right behind Hamilton when the safety car came out and Massa was right behind Alonso. Yet Hamilton came out second, but Alonso 11th and Massa 18th Why????

And why didn´t the safety car catch VEttel, but Alonso instead. Isn´t it supposed to catch the leader?

Because Hamilton passed the safety car under yellow flags, and Alonso and Massa stayed behind it. That is how they lost a lot of time, also Massa had to que behind Alonso.

well what can i say, Alonso could have also overtake the safety car - he saw that Lewis did it, well he just got unlucky with the safety car and cost him the position, and then it took 30 laps that stewards saw it and at that time Lewis drove a nice gap while Kobayashi was holding everyone else, stewards took too long with the penalty, its their faul, its not the first time they screwed up (Rosberg Singapore 08 - 2nd)

ofcourse im a Hamilton fan

Well, if it comes to rubbish little 5 second penalties for rule breakers who sped dangerously, which, I should add, probably helped them overtake Alonso anyway, and the fact that if Alonso had passed the SC with Hamilton instead of followinbg the rules, he would have ended up in a probable third (compare to 8th), than I can safely say that Alonso is having the worst luck of any front-runner this season. Actually a rather ridiculous race. Forget Spa-gate, Magny-Cours '08 or even Alonso in the Hungaroring in 2007. All those penalties were preceded by them driving agressively or actively doing somthing wrong. Conversely, by obeying the rules, Alonso was granted the de facto penalty of dropping 13 points. I am frankly a bit gutted.
No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.

Welcome back my man!!! Good to see you again. On Alonso, he was screwed this race by following the rules, and possibly being slowed down by Hamilton to make sure he was behind the safety car. But at Catalunya and Bahrain he was fortunate, and what goes around comes around. I can see Fernando getting his revenge, especially as the next race is Silverstone.

i doubt that Ferrari will rule in Silverstone, Mclaren will have a big update, so my prediction is only 1, a Mclaren 1-2, and ur right what goes around comes around
