Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
Just my $0.02: Red Bull might've lost the (both) championship(s) today. It was their best chance to maximize on their pace advantage while they still have it (McLaren have basically caught up now), and they threw it away. Now they're going to be under pressure constantly, and they've proven they don't handle it too well.

Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
McLaren still have Canada, Silverstone, Spa, Monza & Abu Dhabi - tracks that should really suit them. Canada in 2 weeks should be a great race with an unusual result
Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
Man that was wild. What was Vettel thinking trying to scare Mark like that. A stop brake move would have been better then that.
You can also [smedley] prepare well the chicance [/smedley] for a good move over 3 corners.
But I will never know what its like out there!

BBC: Rumours are that just before that point, Red Bull told Vettel to turn his engine up and Webber to turn it down
Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
Sector times to explain why Vettel suddenly was faster than Webber in the couple of laps before the incident.phil1993 wrote:BBC: Rumours are that just before that point, Red Bull told Vettel to turn his engine up and Webber to turn it down
Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
The incident was Vettel's fault, Mark left enough room for him to go through on the inside and Vettel turned into him. Vettel was marginally in front but nowhere near enough to be able to cut Webber off on the outside.
Re: 2010 Turkish Grand Prix
Vettel has proven again today that he’s quick, but he can’t overtake.
