Not true unfortunately, it's fabricated.

Bittersweet news. It's great that he has finally left coma, but there is no indication that he truly regained "consciousness" (as in, memories, ability to communicate/move, etc.) It would be so sad if he had no recollection of the man he once was.

Also he has not "left the hospital", only been moved to another one closer to his home in Switzerland. There a long way ahead.

Yeah, I don't like the way this has been reported or rather greeted as if everything is going to be ok. The situation still seems bad. There is a long way to go.

Great news that the legend is out of Coma. Just hope that he has a quick recovery and is back to his 100 % fitness levels.

The report from Bild was positive. Well, it's a long process but step by step we'll be able to see him again :)
"Michael Schumacher can hear voices and respond to touch," said Bild. "His eyes are open. He can communicate with his environment, especially his wife Corinna and his children.

"Schumacher's condition is now considered stable enough that he no longer needs the help of the specialists in Grenoble."

Yes but the wording of that is very careful.
Terms like 'can communicate with his environment' mean things like if you pinch his arm he will show a facial response to it. I think people are misinterpreting such terms as he's sitting up and chatting. He's a very very long way off of things like that.

The likelihood of 100% fitness is probably 0%

It's sad to think that but it's a reality unfortunately.

@Jamesallenonf1: Medical files on Michael Schumacher have been stolen and offered for sale to media. Schu's management will press for criminal charges.
