Oh yes, they are guilty... Ron Dennis admitted as much as did both drivers during saturday press conference. hamilton had a chance at Alonso but Ron changed his one stop straqtegy to a two stop and told both drivers to slow down.
I say Alonso gets a 10 second penalty meaning Hamilton will remain perfect at Monaco!
Go British Press! :cheesy:

i think the result won't change because it didn't when woobens let michael past in
that race, i looked on the f1 website and michael is still the winnner of thaaat race
...it will either be a fine (ferrari -austria 2002) or banning (like honda-imola 2005)
IF mclaren are guilty

you might be right but remember that in 2002 there were no specific rules on team orders. The 2002 incident was what enacted specific rules on team orders. I think a stop and go penalty would be appropriate which would translate to 30 or so seconds meaning McLaren maintain their 1-2 but Alonso looses his win.
I would hate to see a ban - I do support McLaren afterall!

I'd love to see McLaren banned

as much as I'm starting to love Fernando again get rid of McLaren and my boys have a chance of some good strong points...
Plus it won't be fair to penalise a driver soley... Surely if its team orders the team should be penalised not the driver...

like i said in the other thread, i dont think anything will come of it!
mclaren will just be told not to do it again...
i doubt they will loose points over it (as a team, not drivers) they definantly manipulated the race's results but i doubt a punishment will be handed out!
Thankyou Schumi you will always have a place in our hearts!
Michael Schumacher- 7 volte Campione del mondo!
SIMPLY THE BEST
