1-best driver
Kimi was good. Conisidering the material they had, perhaps Nico Rosberg and Adrian Sutil was equally good. They both outdrove their teammates by far and Sutil even scored a point.
2-best team
Ferrari. It can't helped.
They worked quietly and intensively all season and at the end they got results. Congrats!
3-best overtaking of the season
Alonso on Massa in Germany. They only on-track overtaking for the lead and win in 2007. :T:@
4-best race of the season
Germany. It had everything, absolutely everything.
5-worst driver & worst team of the season
Worst driver: Difficult. Yamamoto made a lot of rookie mistakes but got better. Ralf made a lot of mistakes and didn't get better. Perhaps Alex Wurz after all. He was a huge disappointment and got absolutely crushed by his teammate.
Worst team: McLaren. Shot themselves in both feet. Pit mistakes, moronic decisions from the pit wall, Ron Dennis. Not to mention the off-track circus.
I don't know if to laugh or cry.
Worst car: Honda. A downwards curve from a winning car (almost) in 2004 to a bottom-grid dog in 2007.
6-best rookie of the season
Hamilton, of course. Did a very good job, but he had a top car also. Sutil also did very well quietly further back in the field.
7- the most surprising moments of the season
Off the top of my head:
Kimi doing doughnuts. Hamilton in the pit entrance kitty litter. Hamilton's gearbox problem. Hamilton lifted back on track and allowed to continue.
and sure Kimi grabbed the championship
