It's over I think, in the desision it said their is not enough evidence, yes i know I am a kimi fan but hamilton has the whole carrer ahead of him, kimi has already had about 6/7 seasons and has been so close to it before (in 2003 he lost out by 2 points!). Kimi deserves it!

If mclaren win appeal i bet the constuctors points from the race would be taken away just like the scandal result(drivers driving illegal car but still keep points)
