It's the boys in red time to shine. I for one, thought it was an exciting race. Kimi getting around Hamilton at race start, Alonso (I very much am not an Alonso or a McLaren fan, but I do feel sorry for the 2 time WC) trying his best to get in and around, very entertaining, and then Kimi finally getting a great fast pitstop and coming in ahead of Felipe. About time luck runs his way. Well worth my early rising time of 5am. - 5am - put the coffee on, 5:30 am pre-race show, 6 am live race start. FANTASTIC start to my day!
Re: 2007 Formula One French Grand Prix
Kimi is back - took him half the season, but he's back. Well done to him.
Good races by Kubica and Button as well, and also Alonso for providing some entertainment in the race, particularly his overtake on Heidfeld into the hairpin :@:2

Re: 2007 Formula One French Grand Prix
this 2007 season is finally one worth remembering. the last 7 years or so has been rather boring since schumacher pretty much owned the majority of it. But now the top 4 contenders each have won 2 gps!! thats' really awesome.
Poor Alonso today stuck in the back but damn he pulled off some crazy moves. Heidfeld got his ass pwned today even though he still finished higher at the end.
Good for Kimi long time coming. Poor Massa. Hamilton did his best...the man has f'in 8 podiums as a rookie who cares if he finished 3rd!? tell me when was the last time kovalanien or sutil went on the podium loool. or jenson button. Lol poor lad brushed aside like nothing he must feel like c**p and so pwned getting smoked already by a rookie on his 8th race already won more GP's than Jenson ever have after like 100+ gps lool and only getting 1 win.
this year owns. Next I want to see Heidfeld win the guy deserves it too

Great race from the Ferrari's!! What a pace they had today.
Massa lost his lead with his 2nd pitstop, he came out into traffic and lost to much time there, while Kimi could go for 2 laps more and make the gap big enough.
Great race from Kimi today! In the US gp you could already see he got the pace and today he finally made a good start and that's where he won it, if he would have been behind Lewis he wouldnt have won the GP today.

I'd like to see Hamilton get on the podium in their cars... He wouldn't be able to do it without uncle Rons McLaren under him...xman2331 wrote:this 2007 season is finally one worth remembering. the last 7 years or so has been rather boring since schumacher pretty much owned the majority of it. You are so correct. Uncle Ron is also referred to as Hamilton's Godfather. Need we say more?
Re: 2007 Formula One French Grand Prix
you are soooo right. I wonder what would LH do in Rosberg's Williams or Fisichella's Renault...Dark_Fisico wrote: I'd like to see Hamilton get on the podium in their cars... He wouldn't be able to do it without uncle Rons McLaren under him...

What a magnificent race ! I actually never believed that Massa would lose the race, he looked so much in control and he also made the fastest lap of the race. But Kimi was too good in the end and maybe he also had a bit of luck. I'm sure that Kimi will start to win more from now, but still 22 points is a big difference. Hamilton might get only podiums all season and Kimi would need to gain more than 2 points every race to have a chance for the title. I'm extremely anxious to see if Hamilton makes a mistake, because, to be honest, I want it to come soon. It wasn't Kimi's fault for the DNF he had, so his rivals deserve a bit of bad luck too.
