It was a good race behind Vettel, a bit like 2011.

You know what's really funny? Vettel's got 0 votes in the poll  . People need to give this guy more credit...

I had Vettel at 5/1. Cheers Seb.

Well, he has never shined in Montreal before... Or when he did, he lost it on the last lap.

Some people say Schumacher would have got more credit if he won one or two less titles. I guess it's a similar thing with Vettel. A couple of seasons fighting it out not winning the title in an inferior car would probably boost his reputation more than a fourth and fifth title.

It might boost his reputation, but not his bank account

The next couple of races will define this season. Before the summer break we'll know if anyone can mount a challenge against Vettel and Red Bull.

Alonso has a greater reputation than Vettel, Senna than Prost. Titles don't earn you ultimate respect.

That said, I still rate Vettel as one of the greatest in history.

Vettel is a more successful F1 driver than Alonso is. You might like one more than the other, but it still doesn't change the facts.

Raikkonen was lapped, meaning that's only the second racing lap he's failed to complete since his comeback

It was a good race. Alonso would have maybe had a chance but Webber and Lewis were pretty difficult...

Shame Webber got that damage, he was on for a really good race, but he is now just totally eclipsed.

I really didn't understand the tires and length of stints (ie I wasnt expecting how it went). Something changed definitely, and made Lotus look awfully poor.

Yeah, those Super Softs and even the Mediums lasted much longer than I was expecting, going into the weekend thought it would be 3 stop minimum.

Whitmarsh says McLaren blank out the tough times and don't remember them. Perhaps that is why they keep on repeating tough times...

Sutil drive-through was unfair.
I think Hamilton didn't want to pass him on purpose, so he can use DRS and defend his position from Alonso.
If I'm not mistaken, he did the same thing with a Caterham in the final lap on China to defend his position from Vettel.

Yes I agree.

Right. Onto the tribunal on June 20th. Hopefully they don't delay the decision until Friday. I have a fun day planned on that Friday...
