It was always for qualifying, that's the another reason deadline is set 1hour before qualifying. We have changed it bit.

Question: in the event of a grid penalty, do we consider the top 2 times set in Q3 or the actual starting grid?

Any team get top 2 position question was always ABOUT A RACE.

I have won prediction league in 2009 , was runner up in 2010 and 3rd last year. And now you telling me that all those years I was wrong??

Please, staff... not that it's a matter of life or death, but the next Grand Prix is getting closer and closer and neither falstar and rudin's remarks nor my question have received any response.

Of course, it was somewhat academic... until Lewis Hamilton, a likely front row contender, received a five-place grid penalty ahead of the Chinese Grand Prix.

I'm seeking clarification, but I believe that you are not awarded pole position until you start from 1st place. I use FORIX for clarification and they don't recognise Raikkonen's 2005 Monza effort as pole position; he qualified 1st but started 11th following a penalty - the pole went to Montoya.
