Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
I know. Something about certain races make me feel they're not important, as if they don't carry as much weight... which is silly.

disrespect or frustration? probably both...donald29 wrote:Sounds like Webber's being childish...

Poor Webber. I'll ask him a question in Abu Dhabieleanor wrote:disrespect or frustration? probably both...donald29 wrote:Sounds like Webber's being childish...

Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
HRT's brake ducts aren't big enough, that's why there's a problem.

Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
Lol @ Alonso's dig at McLaren. 'There is not a very good atmosphere in that team at the moment and at the start they were fighting each other.'

Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
No I am going to do the podium interviews (not true) and Webber won't be theredonald29 wrote:Ask him why he walked out.iceman1 wrote:Poor Webber. I'll ask him a question in Abu Dhabieleanor wrote:disrespect or frustration? probably both...donald29 wrote:Sounds like Webber's being childish...

So what happened to Schumacher? Ban him for 3 races you can't ignore the blue flags in India

Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
Ever since F1 took away the V10s and reverted to a single tyre manufacturer, I feel the technical aspect of the sport has been on a decline. If one reduced the number of parameters available towards lap time, the likelihood is that teams will be forced to look for lap time via the aero route. The pinnacle of motorsports doesn't need to be resolved via a wind tunnel, or becoming more like a spec series.MavF1 wrote:Well, what you gotta do?phil1993 wrote:The last three races have shown that the sport still needs to sort out aero problems.
The cars cannot follow each other closely enough. Tyres, DRS and KERS are not long term solutions.
It's a problem of open-wheel cars, you'll never get rid of it no matter what you do. As much as I like to see overtaking, I have to say I still want to see DRS gone or at least being modified, since many overtakes seem just too artificial.

Not that it matters, but no further action.
Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
The reason why Hamilton changed his steering wheel.
“During that first stint I started having a downshift problem – I was having to change down with my right hand instead of my left, so the team elected to change the steering wheel at the pitstop.

Yes. Totally Pointless. They play 2 anthems and then this garbage. I hope its not there next yr.donald29 wrote:Worst thing about the podium ceremony now for me is the music they play whilst presenting the trophies. Completely unnecessary.
And M. Brundle... Don't like that guy at all. Fortunately my coverage rarely shows him.....

This guy has repeatedly demonstrated he has little grasp of Formula 1, but this one takes the biscuit.
