This is a fantastic battle, man against man.
Just like Alonso-Schumi 2006, Hakkinen-Schumi 2000.

Just to cheer everyone up, Vettel and Hamilton have been a class apart in Abu Dhabi since 2009.

Abu Dhabi and Austin are Alonso's best chance to get 1 more race win before the season ends.

Abu Dhabi is Vettel's.

Austin's the unknown.

Interlagos is Vettel's

The last three races have shown that the sport still needs to sort out aero problems.

The cars cannot follow each other closely enough. Tyres, DRS and KERS are not long term solutions.

Schumacher just going through the motions now. But as Natalie says the good memories are the ones that endure.

I'd put Sam Bird in the car for the last 3. No point Schumacher being there, he looks totally demotivated. You can't blame him either.

Well, what you gotta do?
It's a problem of open-wheel cars, you'll never get rid of it no matter what you do. As much as I like to see overtaking, I have to say I still want to see DRS gone or at least being modified, since many overtakes seem just too artificial.

I don't get why people say put Sam Bird in the car. He's a good driver, I like him but he has no future racing in F1 for whatever reason. Would be pointless.

And to be honest if Sauber put in one more great race they could still be right on Mercedes. Every point could count and Schumacher is more likely to get a point or two than Bird. And being demotivated is not the same as not putting the effort in. You can guarantee Schumacher is still working as hard as anyone even if his heart's not in it.

Worst race of the season in my opinion. I´m pretty sure Kimi agrees with me. For him it was like worst...race...ever.

I´m a bit tired of this new tracks that are only there for the money. Between India, Korea, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain... I mean they could choose 1 GP but so many GP´s like this. And then there are good tracks that are out because there must be space for this ones. If things continues like this in some years we won´t have any european tracks left. We will have more Middle East GP´s than European ones maybe.

The thing is a boring European race feels better because everything feels more natural

Sounds like Webber's being childish...

Yeah, that´s true. Hungaroring and Valencia sometimes are quite boring too but it feels more natural. But it´s kinda weird to see a race at 9:30 AM and a boring one, it´s like a bit pointless. In comparision to Suzuka for example.. Suzuka is so special and I think it´s not just because i´m used to it and I saw so many good races and title decisions there. That track is so good, the crowd, that feeling. These tracks don´t give me that feeling. Let´s hope that the American GP is cool, but right now i´m more looking forward to Brazil.
