Korean Grand Prix 2012

Brundle - 'I don't think Alonso ever really got over losing the 2010 championship and he's going to lose this championship. He went to Ferrari to win World Championships.'
Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
I think being at the top for so long is mentally draining, Mika Hakkinen got tired after 2000.
Ricciardo's taken 3 points finishes in a row, should be 5 but for a last lap Monza car failure.

Toro Rosso are having a pretty good run. They often seem to score a few points at the start of a season, have a terrible mid-season then finish quite strongly and score more points at the end of a season.
Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
And they got James Key now. Let's see what kind of impact that'll have on the seasons to come. I still wonder why Key left Sauber for Torro Rosso, though.donald29 wrote:Toro Rosso are having a pretty good run. Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
I know, that was really weird. Especially as Key did a lot to the C31.

I don't know but they blamed him on what happened in Australia 2011.MavF1 wrote:And they got James Key now. Let's see what kind of impact that'll have on the seasons to come. Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
To let him go because of that would've been a very shortsighted decision by Sauber. Especially, as phil said, he's the technical director that brought them the C31.iceman1 wrote:I don't know but they blamed him on what happened in Australia 2011.MavF1 wrote:And they got James Key now. I remember there was speculation it was because he wanted to work for a team based in England, but now he's at one based in Italy. Will be interesting to see how both Toro Rosso and Sauber fare now he's switched teams.phil1993 wrote:I know, that was really weird. Especially as Key did a lot to the C31.
Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
Jennie Gow says she asked Massa if Eddie Jordan's right he will be confirmed at Ferrari in the coming days. Massa said he hopes he's right, maybe for once.

Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
Even this year is not over yet, and Alonso seems to be sure, it's a question of when not if he'll win with Ferrari. I can't argue with himdonald29 wrote:Brundle - 'I don't think Alonso ever really got over losing the 2010 championship and he's going to lose this championship. Re: Korean Grand Prix 2012
Boring race... I think there is too much corners on this track...
But nice to see Massa on par with Alonso during the last races. Solid race by the Redbulls and Hulkenberg. Impressive stuff by Ricciardo and Vergne.
. About McLaren, good old Montoya
, do you think if he didn't retire from F1 that race, he would have had a race ban for taking out 4 drivers? Just joking

I think you forgot the fantastic Australian GP 2008 for Ferrari Philphil1993 wrote:Ferrari has had a car finish every race since Australia 2006, McLaren since USA 2006. Impressive!
