Apparently 5 second penalty is available. That would be fairest outcome.

Not fair really. It just means 'now you shouldnt have done that sebastien, heres your 3rd place back for intentionally making no attempt to make the full corner, denying you did no wrong, denying jenson never spoke to you before the podium, and blatantly lying by saying you didnt know where jenson was yet halfway through the corner he was clearly infront on your right side where you could clear as day see him. so heres 15 points''

No. Drive through penalty for not yielding in a race would be given. Thats the penalty he needs.

Some of the stuff you list there is just normal for F1 drivers. There should be a penalty for not telling the truth in an interview? Give every driver a drive through then. :p

Lotus seems to know finally what's going wrong with them
Alan Permane: It’s a familiar story we know all too well ; we have to qualify better to get stronger results.

Hamilton didn't get a penalty in Bahrain, so why should Seb get one?

Hamilton was pushed over the white line by Rosberg.
Vettel had enough room to stay within the confines of the track.

Didn't Lewis get a penalty for saying something different to the media and the stewards last year?

So yes there is a penalty for lying.

20 second penalty for Seb now p5.
