Whitmarsh s*** stirring. Should focus on the fact he has a driver of his own who was woeful in that race, let Domenicalli worry about his drivers.

Wow, just wow. Up to this day I couldn't quite understand the praise Perez was getting, but this performance was amazing. If only he hadn't made the mistake, but anyway, so happy to see a Sauber that far up. Great performance by Alonso. Surprising that Hamilton couldn't progress, he should just keep his head down though, I've got a sense that he could win the championship this year.

I've championed Perez for a few years now, even when he was in GP2. So great to see him get a fantastic result.

As for the conspiracy theorists. Keep dreaming...

Agree, especially since usually that's not his style. He should keep such things to himself. Still the most likeable of top team teamchefs imo.

With a big smile on his face something along the lines of 'pressure on Mr. Massa. What odds can I get on Perez being in a Ferrari in China?'

Perez didn't deliberate run wide. People are overreacting, look at the Autosport forums for stupid reactions. But given the Ferrari / Sauber relationship it is inevitable that these questions will be asked.

Great drives from Perez and Alonso. I was suprised that Hamilton couldn't go the pace of the 2 drivers in front. It's a shame that Vettel was hit by the HRT, otherwise he could have been on the podium.

What a race from Mercedes. They were so much faster than Caterham, Marussia and HRT. They 've worked very hard over the winter and they get rewarded with 1 point. It's good to be the 9th best team :

While Pérez chased Alonso, both car was faster on track, and someone think than Sauber has a Ferrari engine, and Sergio want to stop!!!. Incredible!!!

And Pérez to Ferrari on next race?, that's good news for Pérez?. Sauber is faster than Ferrari, why change now?. wait some races or next seasson, but not now, it's not an improvement. But yes surely he gets more money and glamour, despite Alonso kill all his teammates, will be him the next?

Vettel and Button making silly mistakes hitting Karthikeyan. Hamilton staying out of trouble. Who'd have thought it? :p

Perez just said in the FIA press conference that he's with Sauber until the end of 2012. If I were him, I'd get a contract that said drive for Ferrari from 2013, but stay with Sauber this year.
