Correct, and so far this is the only shade on Red Bull's bright wings, whether they will be able to use it on tracks when it will be needed. Up to this point they basically used it (at least Vettel did) to get a good clean start and get to turn one in P1. It seems that the problem is to "squeee" the KERS in their single-seater. Apparently this happens due to Adrian Newey's habit of designing "clean cut" but occasionally delicate cars that don't like additional "gizmos" such as F-Duct or KERS.
We'll just have to wait and see, China, with the longest straight of the Championship, is just a week away.

Terrible losers, but Ferrari will always be that way. But the most shocking about that is that the stewards just agreed with Ferrari, really sick
