Not only Kovalainen was on the grass after he finished ... Rosberg did it as well ! I have no idea what went wrong there, maybe they were all dreaming to replace BAD next race
Maybe it was some oil on the track there ?

Re: 2009 ING Belgian Grand Prix
Hey guys, I wonder what stefano meant here.
Q. Speaking to Kimi Raikkonen afterwards, he said he still wanted to be a Ferrari driver but the team would decide what it wants to decide. So, what are your thoughts for next year, and how much is Felipe's recovery making your driver choice difficult for next season?
SD: No one has said anything different from the team point of view. This is a lot of speculation. I really hope that you people keep writing that, because if this is Kimi's reaction then please do it day and night.

Well, what an eventful race. I reckon i've gained 0 points in the prediction league but still, it was a good race. Despite the fact Hamilton was out on the first lap
I think Kimi drove well and deserved that win just to up Ferrari's hopes with the whole Badoer-not-coming-anything-but-last situation. Speaking of Badoer, at least he wasnt 20th!
I didnt think Fisichella would stay up there tbh, but he did. So i think a congratulations are in order for him and Force India.
And Vettel's podium must've been uplifting for Red Bull considering the c**p races they've had recently.
Overall I enjoyed the race, its been one of the more interesting races of the season

Re: 2009 ING Belgian Grand Prix
Kimi is taking a habit of running wide in the 1st corner. To be honest, I believe he had deliberatly planned to do this - and I feel he got too much advantage of it.
some say it is legal, but I think he should have been penalized, since he got a way better exit and taking much more speed than the others who were "on" the track.
Kimi did the same a few years ago in the McLaren.

The Australian Gentleman has been penalised. He can only have WATER after the race.
I'm sorry, did they just say Badoer has set a fastest sector time? What sector was it? The PIT LANE?

Well done Raikkonen. Meanwhile, Badoer completes lap 16

Vettel
Lee McKenzie: "Great race, Kimi. It must feel great to be a winner again."
Kimi: "Nah, it feels the same as before"
Also compliments to Renault. With all the s*** that we have gone through the last couple of races it is good to finish again and good to prove the engine is strong enough to manage a race.

Lol Kimi's such a dry person.
Re: 2009 ING Belgian Grand Prix
He might have planned this before and it gave him an advantage, noyt because he could carry extra speed but he could deploy KERS with a clear track unlike for eg hamilton who had a red bull infront of him when he used KERS after the hairpin..Lemans3 wrote:Kimi is taking a habit of running wide in the 1st corner.
