Both Championships are basically over. Brawn has no weakness in their car, They have a stable enough chassis, they have the engine, the reliability ...

Now that they're quick, everybody starts to think over 2010, which also will give a breathing space for Brawn. They are uncatchable and they will be untouchable at the end. Season is over, let pack the luggage. Iceman, please close the forum, turn it into Tennis forum.

A processional Monaco Grand Prix at the front of the field ends with Jenson Button taking a marvelous lights-to-flag victory, and the British driver is beginning to look unbeatable in his quest for world championship glory.

Brawn dominated this race as well, with Rubens Barrichello finishing a comfortable second. Ferrari fans all over the world will be able to raise a glass this evening to mark the Scuderia's road to recovery.

While it may have looked static at the front, down the field the battles raged all day. Nakajima, Bourdais and Fisichella fought for over 50 laps, for what eventually turned out to be the final point. Sebastien Bourdais and Toro Rosso did a very good job to earn that eighth place.

Behind that we had Lewis Hamilton, who fought hard all day and was involved in several battles for position, but ultimately it was a disappointing day for the champion. Timo Glock and Nick Heidfeld also enjoyed a tight scrap, with the best overtake of the day at the hairpin with a handful of laps left.

But all this was miles behind - two miles in fact. Brawn and Button have blitzed the opposition once again, and are now well on their way to the drivers' and constructors' titles.

No I'm there, Ive just seen it. Kimi also said that they get new upgrades for next race and that 3rd and 4th isn't bad.

Speaking about his race Hamilton said: "It was an extremely tough race but I feel pretty satisfied about it though. I got to the flag and pushed as hard as I could throughout the race. My car got damaged when I hit a BMW - I'm not sure who it was to be honest. The little incident damaged my wing so I suffered from a lot of understeer. When we changed my wing it went a bit better fortunately.

"Congratulations to Jenson (Button) who had a fantastic race. We now need to continue pushing to improve the car. I will be back though next year to try and win here!"

Piquet slams 'young' Buemi's error

A furious Nelson Piquet was less than satisfied to have been taken out of Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix when Sébastien Buemi drove into the back of the Renault. Piquet was not amused with the Toro Rosso driver's move and believes that 'young drivers' should be more careful during races.

"I'm very angry because Monaco's a long race and that's why these young drivers need to be careful with what they're doing," 23-year-old Piquet said. " I don't know what he was thinking there - we planned a long first stint and, if it wasn't for the crash, I could have ended up in seventh."

Piquet has yet to score his first point of the season as rumours continue to circulate that the Brazilian could be replaced by Renault test driver Romain Grosjean unless performances improve.
