Feedback on the News Site

Post by phil1993 » 17 Mar 2012, 14:37

As you all know, F1Zone has a news site: http://www.f1zone.net/news/

We do our best for it, we have features, a gallery (new for 2012), live timing and obviously all the latest news.

A major new-for-2012 introduction is 'The Friday debrief', 'Qualifying Debrief' and then a detailed analysis of the race (which will follow on Mondays or Tuesdays), rather than just a report.

But is there anything you'd like to see on it? Any recommendations to make it even better?

We always appreciate constructive criticism! :)

Some sites show a list of the 'most readed news' of the week (or last 15 days, or month). I like this feature because often shows the most important/interesting ones.
I don´t know how dificult would it be to implement this, but i would like to see this type of menu under the 'latest news' one, for example.

I found this new news section by accident when i logged in to download a race i missed. Was slightly unhappy as i had been trying not to see who had won.

Might be good to post the front page news stories in to a news forum so people can comment on them rather than them being buried in the general news chat forum. Especially as some seem discussion worthy.
