Re: 2015 Formula One Discussion
Are we seeing the end of F1 for a few years? I'm watching FP3 at Sochi and noticed how few sponsors there are on the cars today. The good marketing teams like Red Bull are plastered but what about Williams. Lotus, Sauber? It looks like sponsors are hard to find for what has become a totally boring a...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX
Thank you Kev for the intro page. Dedication is always appreciated. All the chatter about Lewis and the myriad of excuses for the failure in Singapore. I just about choked when I listened to everyone claim that Mercedes didn't have enough time to dial in their cars. Doesn't Mercedes get the same amo...

By the way, Thank you KevC for the pre-race post above, It takes a lot of work and dedication to the site.
Too much Hamilton in the comments section for my taste. I'm not British, I'm Canadian. This site should be neutral, at least from an editorial standpoint.

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX
Not one single comment? Not even to rag on KevC for the line about Hamilton "equaling" Senna? A couple of things: After Sky F1 spent what seemed like hours blowing hard about Hamilton equaling Senna's records, (and is that pouty little boy the only one on the track that holds Senna up as his hero?),...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA
Highlights for this race? Engine penalties. Blather about tires. More talk about closed cockpits. Anything about the actual race? Nope. Same old boring c**p. Sky F1 is their usual incestuous relationship based apologizing and rationalizing everything that Bernie and F1 hand them. The race holds no i...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 SHELL BELGIAN GRAND PRIX
Watching FP2 while doing various household tasks. Same boring BS from Sky F1. Speculating about everything, very few facts. The usual Hamilton fan club. Crofty being his usual idiotic self. Nothing changes. I understand this is just MY usual rant, but does no one else see how bad this is? The teams ...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 PIRELLI MAGYAR NAGYDÍJ
As I watched the Free Practices and Qualifying I had a suspicion that Ferrari was play acting a bit. We tend to get a bit caught up in the BS constantly screaming from the idiot commentators about who is going fastest in the FP's. No points are scored for that just more stupid hype. That start by bo...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 PIRELLI MAGYAR NAGYDÍJ
There's some sort of inevitability to it. Ferrari's future isn't Kimi and Bottas will likely receive other offers at some point. As for me I've seen enough of Kimi anyway. Same with Jenson and 'Nando, I mean it's 2015 for Christ's sake. How many talented F1 hopefuls are being left on the sidelines?...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 PIRELLI MAGYAR NAGYDÍJ
0 posts on the British Grand Prix. 0 posts so far for the Hungarian Grand Prix. Is this a trend? Is it going to be another Hamilton snoozefest? Where have all the Lewis fans gone? When Vettel was wining these boards were full of vitriol and people wishing for Vettel to crash. I'm about to queue up F...

Re: The direction of F1
We just need to revive the forum again. Hopefully at the end of this season, will change the forum, use a better software and see how it goes. You can see that Facebook and Twitter killed the internet forums as well. Iceman, the numbers are declining because the product is debased to the point that...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH
For many years now F1 has been dominated by one team or another. Kimi has had no chance of winning anything but his big salary for quite a while. Given the nature of F1 top drivers, would you be going all out, knowing the best you could do is 3rd? Or maybe 7th? If Kimi doesn't finish he gets paid th...

Re: 2015 FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH
This should be an exciting race. It's a challenging track, wet or dry. Too bad the FIA and Bernie have turned it into a tournament of penalties. The result pretty much a foregone conclusion: Mercedes 1 and 2 and Vettel, if his car survives.
Boring, boring, boring.
Boring, boring, boring.

OH and to add about DC. I can barely comprehend him when he gets his Scottish "flair" on.

Re: Formula One TV Coverage
Well it's cool there is one other person who agrees with me. Last year I got put in my place rather often when I complained about Sky.
And:
In a year of massive technological change why isn't Kravitts given a couple of hours to explain it? He has a great handle on the nuts and bolts.
