GP2 driver Nick Yelloly will make his Formula 1 test debut at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya next week.

Yelloly will pilot the Force India VJM08 on Wednesday's running at the track, having conducted simulator duties for the squad at its Silverstone base.

"His presence in the car will provide us with valuable feedback," said Force India.

Mercedes reserve driver Pascal Wehrlein will drive the car on the first day of running on Tuesday.

Wehrlein participated in pre-season testing at the circuit for both Mercedes and Force India.

Several other young drivers are set to receive track time this week, with Raffaele Marciello testing for Sauber, Pierre Gasly for Toro Rosso and Alex Lynn at Williams.
