Felipe Massa says Williams will keep up the fight with Ferrari for second in the Constructors' championship until the end of the season as he took his first podium of the year in Austria.
Massa profited from a slow stop for Sebastian Vettel to move into third position and resisted the threat from the Ferrari driver across the final few laps.
With Valtteri Bottas in fifth and Kimi Raikkonen crashing out on the opening lap, Williams gained 25 points to Ferrari's 12 to close the deficit, albeit one which remains a sizeable 63 points.
"I think it was a great result today," Massa said. "We managed to get the opportunity, which was a mistake from another team. After that it was just managing to keep the pace which was good, maybe a little slower compared to him [Vettel], I managed to keep him behind which was the most important thing and I’m so happy with the result today. My son said I would finish third and he was right!
"It was good for the team, important points against Ferrari, also looking at what happened to Kimi today; we are not giving up and will fight to the end they have a quicker car compared to us but we are working very hard to improve and get back the points to the front."
