Ferrari fastest in both testing days

Scuderia Ferrari set the fastest times during both testing days at the Hungaroring circuit on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was the second and final in-season test for the Formula One teams.  Ferrari's Charles Leclerc set the quickest time (1:17.746) during the first day of testing, with Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas recording the most laps (155). Quickest on the final day at Hungaroring was Sebastian Vettel with a 1:17.124. Kubica enjoys official F1 return

Renault Sport Formula One Team concluded the Hungary in-season test with Robert Kubica making a return to his first official Formula 1 test session in over six years. To a backdrop of enthusiastic chanting from his loyal fans, Kubica completed 142 laps (equivalent to over two Grands Prix) following a programme of various aero and tyre assessments. Second Barcelona test driver schedule

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will once again play host to Formula 1 pre-season testing, with all 11 teams in attendance with their 2016 cars. Last week the circuit held the opening four days of running with Sebastian Vettel fastest for Ferrari as Mercedes completed by the far the most mileage of any of the outfits. Vettel leads opening Barcelona test day

Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel posted the quickest time during the opening day of pre-season testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Vettel set his lap of 1:24.939 on the Medium tyre 20 minutes before the lunch break, with his time remaining unbeaten throughout the afternoon session. Barcelona confirms 2016 pre-season dates

Officials at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya have confirmed the dates for 2016 Formula 1 pre-season testing. The sport has cut the number of tests from three to two and both sessions will take place at the home of the Spanish Grand Prix. The first batch of group sessions will take place from February 22 to 25, with a four-day gap before the next running from March 1 to 4. Lynn pleased with Williams test outing

Alex Lynn was left satisfied after receiving his first test outing with Williams at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Wednesday. Marciello cops blame for testing accident

Raffaele Marciello accepted responsibility for a testing accident which compromised Sauber's programme at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Wednesday. Marciello, who had tested for Ferrari on the previous day, lost control of the Sauber C34 at Turn 3 early in the day and skated into the gravel, before making light contact with the barriers. Esteban Gutierrez hailed a productive test for Ferrari as the Mexican made his public debut for the squad at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
