Pirelli test driver Pedro de La Rosa has ruled himself out of the running for an HRT seat in 2011. The 39 year old Spaniard was replaced by Nick Heidfeld after the Italian Grand Prix in 2010 and has been seeking a seat for 2011, however it will not be with HRT.
