Raikkonen begins Ferrari simulator work

Kimi Raikkonen has returned to work in Ferrari's simulator having re-joined the team for the 2014 season. Raikkonen raced for Ferrari between 2007 and 2009, winning the world championship in 2007. Kimi Raikkonen has still not received all of the money he is owed by Lotus. Ferrari confirms Spagnolo as Raikkonen's race engineer

Ferrari has confirmed that Antonio Spagnolo will be Kimi Raikkonen's race engineer in 2014. Raikkonen will return to Ferrari in 2014 and visited the team's factory in Maranello on Tuesday. Raikkonen was previously engineered by Chris Dyer and Andrea Stella; the latter now works as Fernando Alonso's race engineer. Kimi Raikkonen is recovering after undergoing successful back surgery in Strasbourg. Raikkonen suffered from back pain following the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and opted to miss the final two races of the season. Lotus confirms Kovalainen for remainder of 2013 season

Lotus has confirmed that Heikki Kovalainen will replace Kimi Raikkonen for the rest of the 2013 season.
