F1 volunteers to be celebrated in Barcelona

Formula One drivers will celebrate the Spanish Grand Prix volunteers on Friday, to thanks them for their efforts in ensuring the safe and fair running of the event. Pirelli fulfilled testing objectives

  Pirelli confirms to have fulfilled most of the objectives that they had targeted during the eight days of pre-season testing in Barcelona. The testing sessions has now concluded, with all the teams taking part in the second four-day session this week and completing plenty of running. Raikkonen tests GP3 car in Spain

Lotus driver Kimi Raikkonen tested a GP3/13 car at the Circuit de Catalunya in Spain on Friday in order to assist the development of the series. Raikkonen tested the car on different compounds of tyres in order to help with developments for next season. Ferrari president: We have faith in the FIA

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo says his team has faith in the FIA with regards to next week's International Tribunal. Ferrari, along with Red Bull, protested against Mercedes after it emerged that the team conducted three days of tyre testing with Pirelli at the Circuit de Catalunya in May. Mercedes is set to face the FIA's brand-new international tribunal in Paris on June 20 Mercedes will face the tribunal following a private test with Pirelli in May at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona. Pirelli to change hard compound tyre

Pirelli has resisted pressure to radically alter their tyre compounds, although a tweaked hard tyre will be introduced at next month's Spanish Grand Prix. Rosberg fastest for Mercedes as testing concludes in Spain

Nico Rosberg set the fastest time for Mercedes as the final test ended at the Circuit de Catalunya Rosberg's time of 1:20.130 was the fastest time across any of the eight days of testing at the home of the Spanish Grand Prix. Barcelona test line-up

The third and final pre-season test takes place at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona this week. The four day test which begins on Thursday provides the eleven teams with their final chance to test their cars before the Australian Grand Prix.
