Toro Rosso investigating suspension issue

Toro Rosso says it is investigating an issue with is rear suspension which led to both Daniil Kvyat and Carlos Sainz Jr. retiring from the European Grand Prix. Kvyat started from sixth place but retired early on while Sainz Jr., who started in 18th spot, lasted longer before he was affected by a similar issue.
