Adrian Sutil is expecting Force India to recover from a dip in form at next weekend's Belgian Grand Prix.

Force India sit in fifth place in the championship but failed to score a point in the two races prior to the summer break, in Germany and Hungary.

Sutil returned to Formula 1 after a sabbatical during 2012 and has so far achieved a best finish of fifth place in Monaco.

"We had a very strong start to the season, but for the last few races it’s much closer in the midfield so the tension is up," he said.

"But there should be some circuits in the second half where we can be strong again."

Force India has traditionally been strong in Belgium and Italy, with Giancarlo Fisichella's pole position and second place in 2009 standing out. Sutil also achieved his best Formula 1 result at Monza in 2009.

"We have to see how much the others will improve over the next weeks, but yes, my hope is that the next circuits will make things easier again for us. It’s a nice and cozy feeling to be a permanent point-scorer so we want to get back there!"

"I’m convinced we will be strong in Spa. I like the circuit very much. It’s a really challenging one - a racers track. So watch out for us!"
