Sauber has become the fifth team to unveil their 2013 challenger at their factory in Switzerland.
The C32 will be raced by German driver Nico Hulkenberg and Mexican rookie Esteban Gutierrez.
“The aim is clear and simple: we want to improve ourselves and this is based on the car,” said team principal Monisha Kaltenborn.
“We have high expectations of our drivers. We were watching Nico last year and we could see how fast he can be. We’ve known Esteban for a while and we think now is the right time. He will contribute a lot to the team,” she added.
“The Sauber C32 is based on its predecessor, which was a very competitive car,” she said of the C31, which claimed four podiums in 2012.
“It had a lot of strengths and some weaknesses, and our engineers have worked to build on those strengths and eliminate the weaknesses”
