Razia was part of Virgin in 2010, but he got little track time. Here's Glock during pre-season testing

Brazilian driver Luiz Razia has said that he is still aiming to for an F1 seat, possibly as early as this season. Having split from Virgin Racing - where he was a reserve driver in 2010 - he is looking for offers for the 2011 season.

“We are talking with several teams and looking for sponsors for 2011, with regards to being in F1 as well as being part of a GP2 team,” Razia explained to GPUpdate.net.

“At the moment we don’t have anything concluded but, yes, we’re still in touch with all teams who are interested in our services.”

In an exclusive interview with F1Zone.net last year, Razia explained of the importance of being noticed in order to get to F1.

"The GP2 title is a big help, but look at Kobayashi, he is doing great in Formula 1 and finish 17° in the championship last year [2009], I think you have to show your talent everywhere you go and then try to work out your opportunity! Look at Vettel, he didn't win any championships before F-1 and is a very, very talented driver"
