Renault youngster Esteban Ocon will receive a day's worth of running in the RS.16 after the outfit confirmed that he will take part in the post-race test days in Spain.
Under 2016 regulations, Formula 1 teams are permitted to hold two days of running after two Grands Prix, and these test days will take place in Spain and Britain.
Ocon will drive the RS.16 on one day, with regular driver Kevin Magnussen in action on the other day, with the exact run plan yet to be determined.
Formula 1 teams must run young drivers across two of the four days of in-season testing.
Ocon will also participate in the first practice session at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, in place of Jolyon Palmer.
Renault also confirmed that it will trial a B-spec power unit during the post-race test days.
