Manor has confirmed that Rio Haryanto will make his Formula 1 debut with the outfit this year, meaning that the 2016 grid has been completed.
Haryanto, 23, has spent the last four years racing in the GP2 Series, finishing a best of fourth in 2015 with three victories.
Haryanto has previously tested for the team, most recently at the tyre test in Abu Dhabi at the end of 2015.
Haryanto will link up with fellow rookie Pascal Wehrlein at the Mercedes-powered operation.
"Manor Racing is a team with an exciting vision and ambitious plans," said Haryanto, who will test the MRT05 next week in Barcelona.
"They have produced a great package and I can’t wait to get in the car.
"Melbourne will be a huge moment for me, my country, supporters and fans and I want to thank everyone who’s been with me since I started in single seaters; 2016 is my chance to reward that faith and represent Asia in F1."
Haryanto has confirmed that he will use 88 as his permanent number in Formula 1.
