Renault driver Kevin Magnussen must start this weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix from the pit lane after failing to stop at the weighbridge during Friday's second practice session.

Magnussen was called to the weighbridge at the end of running but "when signalled to do so by the red traffic light, the car was not returned to the FIA garage and work was undertaken."

Consequently, Magnussen must now commence Sunday's Grand Prix from the pit lane.
