Hamilton frustrated with Hulkenberg after collision

By on Sunday, November 25, 2012

Lewis Hamilton lamented a collision with Nico Hulkenberg that ended his McLaren career.

Hamilton was battling with Hulkenberg for the lead on Lap 55 when the Force India driver hit the front of his McLaren.

"It was a little bit unfortunate. The dude didn't even say sorry. So that says a lot. That's what happens when you race with the less experienced. I feel OK, and I feel happy for the team to get the win", he said.

"I feel a little bit like 2007. I feel a little bit numb. It's mixed emotions at the moment. We were leading and we didn't get to see through the race. I always like to see through the race. Then, I'm also excited for the future. Having a new start next year and then hopefully, at some stage, I'll have a little bit of luck".
