Dutchman Robin Frijns will return to GP2 for this weekend's round in Belgium.

Frijns drove for the team between Bahrain and Germany, winning the feature race in Barcelona.

"About to leave to Spa this weekend," Frijns posted on Twitter.

"I will be back in the car again for Hilmer motorsport!"

Frijns - reigning Formula Renault 3.5 Series champion - is currently Sauber's reserve driver.

Frijns admitted to F1Zone last weekend that reaching Formula 1 will be a challenge.

"I have a goal to reach Formula 1 and I’m working on that. It’s not easy, especially these years when money are involved, but I’ll do all I can to be in F1 next year”, he said.
