Fernando Alonso says he is not thinking about moving away from Ferrari, despite continued interest in the Spaniard's services from McLaren.

Alonso, 33, has been with Ferrari since the start of 2010 and has a contract with the team until the end of 2016, with boss Marco Mattiacci confirming recently that Alonso would remain with Ferrari next season.

After four years of being unable to match Red Bull, Ferrari is now unable to keep up with the pace of runaway leaders Mercedes, but Alonso insists his future remains with the Italian marque.

"It's not my intention at the moment to move, I want to win here and finish the job that we start some years ago," he told Sky Sports.

"There has been a lot of talk since last summer but from my mouth there never came any interest to leave Ferrari or any words saying l would join another team.

"There was a lot of speculation, which is not disturbing but it created a little bit of tension and stress. Yet you also feel happy and proud that the best teams have an interest in you."

Alonso is currently in fourth place in the championship ahead of this weekend's Italian Grand Prix.
