15:07 Weather Update: The weather situation continues to develop to the west of Sao Paulo, while at the circuit the overcast skies remain, with no rain falling currently.

Looking ahead to the next few hours, the satellite image from Brazil's National Institute of Meteorology (INMET) shows the problem that the teams are facing as we look towards the race (click Animacao to animate).

To the west of Sao Paulo, a stream of cloud and rain is on the move. The line of cloud is very slowly sliding in a north west direction, towards the state of Sao Paulo.

One of the outlying showers from this band of rain has already crossed the circuit, and as the band inches its way towards Sao Paulo, more of these showers are likely between now and the end of the race.

I'll vote on MOTY after the race,things might happen in this race that change my vote.iceman I'm pulling for Massa to win the race but for Lewis to win the title.But I won't be sheddding any tears if Massa wins the title also.If I'm Phil or Joost fear Alonso.He doesn't give a toss and would love to take out Lewis at the first corner.

Alonso is a sportsman, he would hinder Lewis, not take him out

You think? I think he'd go for a gap and force Lewis to either concede or DNF. Or maybe even take him out entirely.

The Renault team have been out en masse in the pitlane for an end of year photo.

Fernando Alonso, Nelson Piquet and third driver Lucas di Grassi sat on the wheels of the R28, with the rest of the race team standing behind the car.

I wonder if Hamilton's girlfriend has seen that image?...Seriously though,I think Alonso is more than capable of spinning out Lewis at turn 1.Alonso loathes and hates Lewis and McLaren,and is already unpopular so he may think "Sod this,I'll take him out"

Probably only if there is a massive incident. ie: hamilton crashes into massa or alonso into hamilton.
