Worst Circuit Ever?
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
i voted for hungaroing but surely barcelona deserves a shout. its rarely anything but a dull race there
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Why there is no circiut at Valencia?
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Barcelona wins with no contest. The only good GP there was 1991 one, and it was all thanks to wet conditions.
From tracks mentioned above every is better than Barcelona... All of these tracks had some good races (maybe apart from Dallas and Singapore, because they had only 1 race).
Detroit will be remembered for Alboretos surprise win and for Brundle's awesome performance.
Fuji had very good races in both 2007 and 2008, also 1976 one was good show.
Buenos Aires 1995 had very nice fight between Schumacher, Hill and Alesi.
Hungaroring had 3 good GPs - 1989 one (Mansell winning from 12th!), 1997 one with Hill's probably best drive ever and 2006 one thanks to rain.

Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
The street circuit at Valencia was a snoozefest. IIRC, there were absolutely no overtaking manouvres on that track...
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Barcelona for consistently boring us to death.Spanish tracks aren't the best...

Hungaroring is very boring... The only good race there was in 2006 in the wet.
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Yeah: Barcelona, Valencia, Jerez, Jarama... I dont know about Montjuich and Pedralbes, but 4/6 boring tracks is some achievement anyway.swca92 wrote:Barcelona for consistently boring us to death.Spanish tracks aren't the best...

Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
I think the same ..it's just a track where you have to keep the racing line. If you do you almost can't lose position, but if you make a mistake you'll lose positions and ruin yout race. Really nice track ...formulaonemadman wrote:why is hungary in there-i know its not the most exciting race for us to watch but its not a bad track- its my favourite track to race on ps2 and shouldn't be put as a option

I voted for Hungaroring, really boring circuit, almost no action or overtaking.

Hungary and Valenica.
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Hungary, Barcelona and new Hockenheim
Jean Todt, Ross Brawn, Rory Byrne, Michael Schumacher = DREAM TEAM
Re: Worst Circuit Ever?
Jarama was the best spanish track, Montjuich was beautifull but very dangerous. Last race there there were some people dead for a big accident (I think it was 1975/6).dweller23 wrote:Yeah: Barcelona, Valencia, Jerez, Jarama... The worst circuit was in Vegas built in a parking lot. What a ridiculous track.
