Where do you watch races?

Post by maltafan » 05 Mar 2007, 22:03

So, we are all eager for the start of the 2007 season.

Where do you usually watch races?

Most of the time I watch then at home, in front of my 29inch Tv chatting to some F1 fans and following live timing.

In a few instances, i watch the race on a big screen, in a bar, accompanied by some of my friends.

I watch the races in company with my family... maybe sometimes with my friends too, in my home of course with popcorn and coke to say so loud: "Go Kimi GO.. leads Alonso now.. go"... but, when the race is dawn or morning, the we must to be quiet... hahaha

Infront of the TV since about at least a good 3 to 4 hours before the races to watch the support races if they are televised. Since most of the races start at 1pm in the UK I have lunch at usually 12:10pm during the pre race rubbish.

That is the plan of action I follow to. :D

i aswell get bored of the 1hour pre race stuff as some of it is repeated from the qualifing like when martin brundle did the tests with the red bull- it was shown before the qualifing and then again before the race- that got very boring so all i did was go on the internet then!
i aswell live in uk so i know how super aguri feels!
thanks shail69 for the avator!!!

..and we get James Allen as commentator. Possibly the worst ever. I'm really sorry for the different countries that use the ITV Feed.

I used to watch some races with friends, but once, they were teasing me and interrupting me during the race, and I said never again.

we have gp2 in uk but i never can be bothered to watch it -its not as good and i always forget to watch although i did watch imola last year when james allen said there was a big crash at the start but if was a couple of cars that colided which was annoying and the rest of the race was dreary so if u want to see gp2 - come to uk! (and take a book to read with u cos the races are boring!!)
