well, that is expected to be after artificial rain test in Fiorano :) .They haven't got chance yet to know if the problem is really fixed. In Dry condition, Tyre Wear will be key and good grid position is half work done as usual.Sadly ... i feel BMW will struggle &doh

I believe there's no problem for Massa to win his home race..:
If hamy cant beat massa at china..then he must say sayonara/bye2 to his title hope.

I hope hamy will repeat again his stupidity.. :n :n
another weekend for lewis to DNf or finish the race without points. :p :p :p :)

Both McLaren will start this race with a new engine while Ferrari duo will use the same engine they used in Japan. Only Lewis Hamilton still has his joker engine change, which he definitely will use in Brazil. So, Lewis will have that kind of advantage. Having said that, McLaren had some reliability problems in last races on Heikki's car. That may be something to consider also.

In China, according to Autosport "Throughout the week the weather is set fair with an abundance of warm, pleasant sunshine, no rain, and maximum temperatures that will remain constant at between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius." It will be an advantage for Ferrari. If they get a 1-2 in this race in dry conditions which is very likely, then they will have the upper hand before Brazil, where Massa will be unbeatable with his new engine. If it rains, anyone's game.

Hamilton is in disadvantage because you are not allowed to use the joker engine change in the final race of the season. So Hamilton will have to use the same engine in China and Brazil whereas Ferrari will have brand new engines for their drivers to the final race. That's why it's odd that McLaren didn't use Hamilton's joker in Japan, just for this tactical advantage.

Oh I didn't know that. Then it was really wrong decision not to use it. Their joker now became void and null.

McLaren's strategy has bemused me this year. The only thing I can think of now is them changing Lewis's engine after qualifying in China.

I think that is not going to affect their competitiveness :) ... it can only be physiological friction.

Mclaren Mercedes(sp.) should be proud of themselves. One of the best engine manufacturer for 2008.

if it's dry, ferrari will probably dominate....but if it rains, (alonso will dominate!)
So either way Lewis needs to come 2nd if he is to have a chance...If Massa is leading in Brazil i'm pritty sure Massa will be WDC, this is the most critical race of the season as Lewis can win the Championship here and nobody else can but in Brazil it's a one race shoot-out for the title.

My pridiction (dry):

1. Massa
2. Kimi
3. Lewis
4. Kubica
5. Alonso

I think Kimi might let Massa though somehow that isn't illegal. Maybe a false mistake?

My pridiction (wet):

1. Kimi
2. Lewis
3. Massa
4. Alonso
5. Vettel

Kimi will own! Lewis 17 second behind then Massa 3 seconds behind him.
